Hallo zusammen, ich hab gestern eine neue Anlage in iSolarCloud angelegt, aber jetzt zeigt mir mein Wechselrichter dauernd offline an obwohl er läuft. Die Seriennummer hab ich beim Erstellen richtig eingegeben. Hat jemand ne Idee woran das liegen kann?
Das kenne ich, meistens liegt es am Kommunikationsmodul das noch keine Verbindung zum Server aufgebaut hat. Prüf mal ob dein WiFi oder LAN Dongle richtig konfiguriert ist und die WLAN Daten stimmen. Nach dem Anlegen dauert es manchmal 10 bis 15 Minuten bis die Daten durchkommen. Schau auch unter Plant Device ob das Gerät korrekt zugeordnet ist. Im Handbuch steht dazu im Abschnitt zu den Anlagengeräten genau wie man den Status prüft. Bei mir hat ein Neustart des Dongles geholfen.
