Hallo, ich habe den HRI-200 angeschlossen aber beim Starten der WIRES-X Software kommt immer ein Fehler mit dem USB Treiber. Ich habe Windows 10 und weiß nicht mehr weiter. Hat jemand das gleiche Problem gehabt?
Das kenne ich, hatte dasselbe Problem. Du musst zuerst den USB-Gerätetreiber für den HRI-200 separat installieren, bevor du die WIRES-X Software startest. Die Reihenfolge ist wichtig. Im Handbuch steht das unter dem Abschnitt zur Treiberinstallation genau beschrieben. Außerdem schau mal in der Geräteverwaltung von Windows ob der HRI-200 dort korrekt erkannt wird ohne gelbes Ausrufezeichen.
