Hallo, ich habe ein CAT S42H+ und wollte fragen ob das Handy wirklich wasserdicht ist. Ich arbeite auf einer Baustelle und das Gerät ist neulich in eine Pfütze gefallen, danach hat das Mikrofon komisch geklungen. Muss ich da irgendwas reinigen oder trocknen lassen?
Das S42H+ ist zwar robust und wassergeschützt, aber nach Kontakt mit Wasser solltest du auf jeden Fall den USB-Anschluss und die Audiobuchse gründlich mit sauberem Wasser ausspülen und dann gut trocknen lassen, bevor du es wieder normal benutzt. Im Handbuch steht auch ausdrücklich drin, dass man das Gerät nach Salzwasserkontakt abspülen soll. Einfach ein paar Stunden liegen lassen ohne es aufzuladen, das Mikrofon sollte sich dann wieder normal anhören.
