Chassis water filling fault

Cut off the electricity. Close the valve. Get in touch with the authorized service.

Water outage error or filter is blocked

Check the water supply. Cut off the electricity connection. Cut off the water connection. Remove water inlet hose. Check and clean the filter. Establish the water connection. Establish the electricity connection. If the error continues, close your machine and get in touch with the authorized service.

Temperature sensor in the machine is faulty

Close your machine. Get in touch with the authorized service.

Flowmeter is faulty

Cut off the electricity. Close the valve. Get in touch with the authorized service.

Ursache: The mains plug may not be plugged in. The On/Off button may not have been pressed. The machine door may be open. The fuse may have blown.

Check that the mains plug is plugged in. Make sure to switch on the machine by pressing the On/Off button. Make sure that the machine door is closed. Check the fuses in your house.

Ursache: Dishes are placed irregularly. The proper cycle is not selected. Dishes are very dirty. Spray arms are stuck. Holes of the spray arms are clogged. Filters are clogged. Filters are not installed correctly. Baskets are overloaded. Detergent is stored under improper conditions. Adequate amount of detergent is not added. Insufficient amount of rinse aid.

Place the dishes as specified in the user manual. Select a cycle with a higher temperature and longer washing time. Remove coarse dirt from dishes with a napkin before placing them. Rotate spray arms by hand to ensure they rotate freely. Clean the spray arms regularly. Check and clean the filter system regularly. Inspect and install the filter system correctly. Do not load baskets above their capacity. Store detergent in a container with a lid in dry conditions. Use the proper amount of detergent suitable for soil level. Inspect the low rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid if required.

Ursache: Dishes are placed irregularly. Insufficient amount of rinse aid. Machine is unloaded right after the end of washing cycle. The proper cycle is not selected. Tablet detergent is used and tablet button is not pressed.

Place your dishes so that water shall not collect inside them during washing. Inspect the low rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid if required. Do not unload your machine right after the end of washing cycle. Keep the door ajar and let the steam come out for some time. Select longer cycles for higher drying performance. If your machine has a tablet detergent function, activate it while using multi-purpose detergents.

Ursache: Insufficient amount of rinse aid. Water hardness setting is low or salt level is inadequate. There is a leak of salt.

Inspect the low rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid if required. Increase the setting for rinse aid if adequate amount is available. Check the water hardness setting by measuring the hardness of the mains water accurately. Take care not to pour salt around the filler opening while adding salt. Ensure that the water softener lid is closed after adding salt. Clean the salt spilt into the machine by running the pre-wash cycle.

Ursache: The proper cycle is not selected. Surface quality of the kitchenware is poor.

Select a cycle with a higher temperature and longer washing time. Do not wash kitchenware with damaged surfaces in the dishwasher.
